At SnirtStopper Canada, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our custom-fit seals, we do not offer refunds unless there is an error on our part. Please review the return policy below for the rare instances where a return may be accepted.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted within 70 days of the original order date. No returns will be accepted after this period.
  • Products that have been installed, altered (such as with screw holes or trimming), or used are not eligible for return.
  • Sample orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • No returns will be accepted without a prior-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.
  • All returned products must be in original packaging, include all tags, stickers, and printed materials, and be in like-new, resalable condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to additional fees at our discretion, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refund will be issued for products returned with holes (such as screw holes) or those cut into sections that differ from the original order.
  • Shipping costs for returned products will be the customer’s responsibility. If a return is initiated but not completed, any further shipping costs incurred are also the customer’s responsibility.

 

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason. However, if you placed a sample order and proceed with a full purchase, the cost of the sample can be applied to your full order. To apply this credit, please contact us with your sample order number.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. To begin the return process, please contact us through our Contact page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. When requesting an RMA, provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your request is reviewed, a representative will reply with further instructions on where to send the return.
